Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about our website packages, pricing, revisions and what happens before your website goes live.

Which website package is right for my business?

The right package depends on what your website needs to do. Starter Website is suitable for a straightforward professional website, Professional Website supports a broader site structure and marketing requirements, while Bespoke & E-commerce Websites are scoped around more complex design, functionality or online selling requirements.

What is included in the £995 Starter Website?

The Starter Website includes a template-based design of up to five pages, responsive design, an easy-to-manage editor, a basic enquiry form, on-page SEO setup, Google Analytics, blog capability, social links and standard website policy pages.

Why are the Professional and Bespoke website prices shown as “from”?

Website requirements can vary considerably. Page structure, design, functionality, integrations, content requirements and third-party services can all affect the amount of work involved. We confirm the final scope and price before the project begins.

Will my website work on mobiles and tablets?

Yes. All three website packages include responsive design across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Is SEO included with the website?

On-page SEO setup is included according to the website package and agreed scope. This can include page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image optimisation, internal linking and indexing setup. Ongoing SEO campaigns, content programmes and continuing optimisation are separate Davina Digital services.

Can I make changes to the website during the project?

Yes. Starter Website includes up to two consolidated revision rounds and Professional Website includes up to three. Revision allowances for Bespoke & E-commerce projects are confirmed in the proposal. New pages, new functionality or significant changes to an approved brief may require additional scope.

How quickly can my website be delivered?

The Starter Website has a target delivery time of 14 working days once all required content, access, information and approvals have been received. Professional, Bespoke and E-commerce project timescales are confirmed after scope. Client delays or material changes to the brief may extend the delivery schedule.

Can you add booking systems, e-commerce or other integrations?

Yes, where appropriate. Advanced functionality and integrations are assessed during scoping so that the technical requirements, third-party costs and development work can be properly defined before they are included in the proposal.

Are premium themes, plugins or third-party costs included?

Not automatically. Premium themes, plugins, apps, software licences, specialist hosting and other third-party costs are charged separately unless they are specifically included within the agreed proposal.
