Social Media Management Packages for UK Businesses

The right package depends on the platforms you need, how much content you want published, your community management requirements and whether paid campaigns are part of your plans. We can also recommend the most appropriate platforms based on your audience and objectives.

Platform selection is agreed with you based on your existing presence, audience and business objectives. Starter Social includes one managed platform, Growth Social includes up to two, and Professional Social includes up to four.

Starter Social includes up to 8 posts plus 1 Reel per month, Growth Social includes up to 12 posts plus 2 Reels, and Professional Social includes up to 20 posts plus 4 Reels. The allowance applies across the platforms included in your package rather than separately to each platform.

Yes. If a significant new business priority arises, such as a product launch, important announcement or award, the agreed plan can be adjusted. Existing planned content may be replaced or rescheduled, so a change in priorities does not automatically increase the monthly content allowance.

Yes. Content supplied by Davina Digital can be reused by you or your team on other channels where appropriate. Platforms outside your agreed package are not managed by Davina Digital, and substantial resizing, rewriting or redesign for additional platforms may require separate scope.

Community management can include monitoring and responding to routine comments and messages on the platforms we manage. Complaints, disputes, sensitive issues or enquiries requiring business-specific decisions are referred back to you. Our packages do not provide 24/7 customer-service cover.

Paid campaign management is available within Professional Social where agreed in scope and may include Meta and/or Google Ads. Advertising spend is always separate and is normally paid directly by the client.

Additional platforms, posts, Reels, campaigns or other social media requirements outside your monthly package can be separately scoped and priced. Where original filming or specialist video production is required, an approved specialist may also be introduced.

Our recurring social media packages have an initial three-month minimum term. After the initial term, the service moves to a rolling monthly arrangement with one month's written notice.
